A. Pay the fine before the court date indicated on the citation, make you check or money payable to and mail it, along with a copy of your citation to: LAKE COUNTRY MUNICIPAL COURT. 630 E. Q. How do I contest a citation?
A. Appear in court at LAKE COUNTRY MUNICIPAL COURT 630 E. WISCONSIN AVE. OCONOMOWOC, WI 53066. (262) 569-0920, on the date and time indicated on the citation. After your appearance before the judge, a pre-trial conference may be scheduled OR enter a plea of “not guilty” in writing and mail your plea to the court, along with a copy of the citation. The “not guilty” plea must arrive at the clerk’s office no later than the day before you court appearance date. You will receive a date for a pre-trial conference via U.S. mail. Be sure that your correct mailing address is on the citation or provide the correct address with your plea.

A. Make a check or money order payable to the Village of Summit Police Department and mail payment with a copy of the citation to the Village of Summit Police Department 37100 Delafield Road. If you contest a parking citation, you must do so in writing to the Village of Summit Police Department. You will receive written notification of the municipal court date assigned to you, as well as the additional fees to be added to the citation for this filing.
Q. How do I obtain a copy of a police report?
A. The public may submit an open record request in writing by mail or in person to the Summit Police Department. 37100 Delafield Road, WI 53066. The Summit Police Department will comply with all public record requests as required by the law as soon as practicable and without delay. The following fees will be charged for copies of police records: $0.50 per single side page. $5.00 per CD.

A. Yes, it is best to call our police department in advance. (262)567-1134. We will arrange for an Officer to meet with you at the police department. You will need to bring a state identification card. The fee for a PBT test is $0.50 per test.
Q. How many police officers are employed by the Village of Summit Police Department?
A. The Summit Police Department employees 10 full time officers, and 1 full-time detective, 3 part time officers, and 2 community service officers.
Q. Will the Summit Police Department check my residence while I am away?
A. The police department will provide extra security checks while you are away from your residence for an extended period of time. A house vacation check form is available under the resources tab of this website or you can call our police department at 262-567-1134 and an officer will go over the form with you.
